this has happened multiple times literally only at this Taco Bell so at this point, I’m putting a review. orders are always messed up in some sort of way like I ordered everything plain and simple and my nacho Bell grande is messed up and same with my fiesta potatoes. their bathrooms are also pretty dirty half of the time and honestly overall something always ends up wrong when I go get my food or DoorDash it from here. I literally get everything plain. I just don’t know why some of the workers here are clearly not competent enough to understand.

The drive-thru is efficiently paced, the Crunchwrap Supreme is always perfectly assembled without being a total mess, and the staff is surprisingly polite for a late-night fast-food spot. It won't change your life, but it absolutely hits the spot when you need a quick, reliable bite.

This really is a terrible location. They are consistently and painfully slow. Wait times of 15-20 minutes are normal here. It doesn’t matter if you order for drive-thru or in store. 80% of the time you will be waiting. They are also constantly out of items like certain soda drinks, cheesy fiesta potatoes, etc. The service here is so awful that it caused someone to drive their car through the building and into the lobby not too long ago. Avoid at all costs.

If you are hungry for Taco Bell, do not go to this location. Multiple experiences of waiting over half an hour for food, will not go back. No apologies or acknowledgement for the long wait either. Food is okay but the portions are small. Go to a different location for a better experience.
