Pretty good stuff, nothing spectacular. It's always nice to have a made-to-order burger and these folks have been amazing at getting third party pick ups ready right on time plus the amounts of fresh potatoes served in the bag are almost unreal.

The burger tasted frozen and the fries were really salty. They were fresh but they were really salty. The service was great. The person taking the orders and the person passing out the food were polite. The atmosphere was good. It was clean and quiet. But the doesn't taste like the Five Guys that I remember. They used to have what tasted like a fresh burger.

Food was decent. Prepared fast and accurate. There store was clean. Five guys is always good just never amazing. I honestly like the regular fries better than the Cajun. My only issue is the price is getting out of hand. Over 6 bucks for a regular Cajun fry 13 bucks for the burger and 3.50 for a drink then they have the audacity to ask for a tip to cook the food and throw it in a bag. They should offer low cost financing for a dinner out maybe they would get more business. Done with five guys.

This is only my third time at this location and the first two times were Great but this last time I was very disappointed. We ordered two burgers, a large fry, and milkshake. My large fry the cup was half way filled and barely any fries in the bag, they forgot my milkshake and it was made poorly when I returned to get it. I understand employees have an off day but for the amount you pay for the food, it should be on point every time. The young people who work here need a team meeting and a talk about being professional and caring about your job and customers.
