DC guy★Monday, April 20, 1.35pm, Horribly rude woman at the drive through window. When I asked her to read back my order she seemed truly pissed off at me for asking. We all have bad days but still if you work for a company they wants to make money you ought not be hateful to their customers. Management is to blame also for not training and monitoring her behavior. If this is the only complaint against her then it was just a bad moment. But if there are multiple complaints then she needs to be cooking rather than be up front with customers. Very disappointing. I drive off & spent my money elsewhere.
