So not only did I get charged for a side of gravy but I got the wrong order. Ordered a super sausage biscuit but i got a regular bacon biscuit. Cant even get the order right. Had the burgers before and they were trash. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSEL!!!!!

Monday, April 20, 1.35pm, Horribly rude woman at the drive through window. When I asked her to read back my order she seemed truly pissed off at me for asking. We all have bad days but still if you work for a company they wants to make money you ought not be hateful to their customers. Management is to blame also for not training and monitoring her behavior. If this is the only complaint against her then it was just a bad moment. But if there are multiple complaints then she needs to be cooking rather than be up front with customers. Very disappointing. I drive off & spent my money elsewhere.

Food was good, my fries weren't filled up in the holder all the way so I felt like I was shorted. The burgers were cooked good made to order with correct condiments. Got a free cookie on Halloween! Atmosphere of the inside is really nice, super clean, lots of space.
