I stopped by while traveling south on 5 June 2026 at 12:30. I don’t know if the lady at the counter was an employee or the manager… whoever she was she was an angel in disguise. I have never in my entire life encountered such a kind soul! I watched her greet every customer that walked in and out of that door with such loving grace. Even when I sat down to eat she broke away from the front counter to clean tables and ask everyone in there how their food tasted. Sat in line for 30+ min waiting. No chichen tenders, Get to the window then ask me if all thighs were okay. So didn't have the proper chicken prepared for order. Sweet tea tasted like unsweetened tea. Service was slow and sucked. Need better management for the price people pay for your freaking food.

Top tier service every time. The customer service is always the highlight of my visit. Everyone that works there is so nice and friendly. I feel like they treat customers like family. The food is decent and they keep the place clean. I love their country fried steak meal.

Food good. Staff not soon good. Big problem with maps. In lagrange many miles of Hamilton rd under construction. Under normal maps goes thru tragic lights, dirt roads, , without comment. Now the slightest curve maps maps unnecessary, distractive comments like "slight turn ahesd," there is NO turn, its simply a slight curve ahead" please stop that.
