This place is HORRIBLE! I’ve tried and tried again to give them chances because I truly love Paneras food however every time I come through the drive though it has consistently taken 30 min for a SANDWICH. No apologies for how long it takes and mind you I’m not an inpatient person at the window- I wait. On top of that my last order I only received HALF a sandwich and the wrong one!! I ordered a chicken frontega and this is not that. So disappointing and time is money I will NOT be back here.

bruh… their cooks can’t read apparently, this hasn’t been the first time too. it’s also the fact i had to pay extra to get the meat replaced and they completely just ignored all of my substitutions.

What happened to this place? It smelled like a dirty house after someone heated up spaghettios in the microwave. There was no one seated in the store, but the service was like it was packed. The cashier, bless her heart, did not know what was going on. The wait was long. Another customer asked for a cup of almond milk and the other worker brought out some non dairy creamer cups. I am sad for what this place has become. RIP Panera.
