Manager sucks she rudely asked what my mom was still missing then bagged the food herself and threw all the hashbrowns on the bottom and smashed them. Red hair red shirt. And to top it off bite into the bagel minis are the cream cheese is brown?

My traveling companion went inside so she could use the restroom before ordering. Seems like there was a lot of confusing about who was working and who was leaving. One person took her order, but didn't make her drink. Another person who seemed to be leaving came back and said he was the only person who was able to make her drink. He confirmed her drink order, then preceeded to make the drink with cow's milk instead of oat milk as stated on the order. So he remade her drink and gave her a free donut as an apology. That was a nice touch. The whole situation took a long time, but my traveling

The service was phenomenal, David the employee there recommended me a drink that was perfect for me and he keeps the energy alive in there everyday. I come for my coffee everyday and this gentleman always manages to give me a smile and make my day 10x better, and on top of that making sure not only me but all the customers get treated with respect in a positive way thank you!!!! If anyone needs a raise it’s this gentleman thank you again David you rock!!!!!!
