Ordered a build your own bowl. Price is labeled for $11.15 by the time I got to the register with my build a bowl and drink. The total came up to 19.02. The employee failed to tell me that the steak cost extra and no sign displayed for additional charge. The employee did not care that she didnt inform me. She was rushing my order. It's not even busy in this location. Nasty attitude from employee. Never coming here again.

Victor went above and beyond—he was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. He helped me customize my bowl perfectly and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Victor absolutely delivered. Thanks to him, this visit was easily a 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back!
