I had a very pleasant experience here. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast and were greeted warmly by the two cashiers as soon as we walked in. We were helped by the young lady with pink hair she told me her name, but unfortunately I can’t remember it now. She was incredibly friendly and helpful while I was deciding on a breakfast sandwich, and she also recommended one of the energy drinks, which I ended up really enjoying. What stood out to me was how attentive she was even after taking our order. She told me to let her know if I liked the drink, and if I didn’t, she would gladly help

The food was fine when we got it. The manager has no clue what's going on and the employees just straight up make up information. We did a pick up order, arrived 10 min after it said it was ready, and waited for the single smoothie for another 20 min. The manager was helping on the food line. One person working orders/bakery (but not balancing taking orders and FULFILLING THEM).

I stopped by Panera Bread on the morning of 5/19/26, Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd. I ordered the Classic Avo with egg white, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The bread was barely toasted — it felt like it came straight out of the bag with no crisp or warmth at all. The egg white was cold, which made the whole sandwich taste like it had been sitting out instead of freshly prepared. Overall, it was a poorly made breakfast item, especially for something that should be simple and satisfying. I expected much better quality and care in preparation.

The service here is some of the worse I’ve ever experienced at a Panera before. Ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich with the chipotle on the side because I was sharing it at 1:34pm. Received the order with the sauce still on it. No big deal they said they could remake it. Waited around 30 mins just so they could remake the sandwich they messed up in the first place. Other customers had gotten their food eaten and left while I was still waiting. Personally I think if you mess up something on YOUR end then it should be bumped at least a little. I had to remind them a couple more times. D
