I arrived at 3:45 and the order wasn’t ready—fine, things happen. I didn’t receive my food until 4:05 pm. When I finally got the order, it was handed to me in the smallest brown bag I’ve ever seen. I asked the staff if everything was included and was told yes. I still checked the bag and immediately noticed the sauce was missing (which has happened multiple times before). The kicker was not only the food cold but the cook (Tony) was in the restroom for 20 minutes. My wife got my daughters chicken strips on her large order of chili fries and when we sent it back, they just took the chicken off the plate and sent it back to my wife.
