I’ve given this place far too many chances, and today was the last straw. I ordered the $8 box deal for pickup at 3:30 pm. I arrived at 3:45 and the order wasn’t ready—fine, things happen. I didn’t receive my food until 4:05 pm. When I finally got the order, it was handed to me in the smallest brown bag I’ve ever seen. I asked the staff if everything was included and was told yes. Stopped by Wayback Burgers for an early Sunday lunch, and wow, what a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was awesome—clean, inviting, and perfect for a laid-back meal. The staff was excellent, super friendly, and made us feel right at home. The food? Absolutely spot on. I am only coming on here to give you a warning! Don’t go here. They messed up our order. Had sides in the wrong place and even put food on the wrong plate. The kicker was not only the food cold but the cook (Tony) was in the restroom for 20 minutes. My wife got my daughters chicken strips on her large order of chili fries and when we sent it back, they just took the chicken off the plate and sent it back to my wife. My order was a cajon burger with fries and a drink and a large side of fried pickles. That is not what I got. I got my burger with a side of fried pickles and they were cold. When
