This is easily one of my go-to fast food spots. The food is consistently fresh, fast, and reliable. My usual is orange chicken and Beijing beef, and lately the spicy dynamite chicken has been a standout. The staff is always courteous and helpful, even when things get busy. It's not the customer service that's the problem, it's the fact that you're never prepared for a dinner rush and you have people waiting 15 min to an hour after they ordered in drive thru. I've also seen them put order aheads before the customers in front of their face. It's time to get it together. This is ridiculous. This has happened numerous times. Here I am, waiting another SUPPOSED 10 min for FRIED RICE. Are you kidding? It's dinner time. That's after waiting 15 min to get to the speaker. This is a great spot for a quick, flavorful meal when you’re on the go and want something consistent. The food is always served hot, and I appreciate that you can see everything being prepared fresh in the back. The orange chicken had that perfect signature crunch, and the honey walnut shrimp was a standout choice as well. Even during the lunch rush, the line moved quickly, and the staff was efficient and friendly while getting the orders packed up. It’s a reliable and convenient option for a satisfying lunch or dinner that offers a lot of variety and good portions for the price.

Firstly the cooks and services members were delightful, but Managment and Higher up are asleep at the wheel and seem more than willing to dump their work onto the worker with no care in the world. Took damn near an hour to get my food after going through the drive through. If management would step up and treat their employees with respect and actually help around instead of leaving all the work to them, im sure that wouldn't have happened
