My fires has been always flimsy and stale, burgers are never made correctly, the speed of service is slow, and to top it off customer service is bad by management! The team are usually nicer than the managers. Don’t bring up any complaints or issues wrong with your order, unless you want the window slammed in your face, to call and tell them what happened with your order and gwt hung up on , or for them to accuse you of lieing with rolling there eyes.
