Ordered through the app. Pulled up to the spot. Nothing. Went to the window. Nothing. Refund on app takes 7 days. No wonder I don't eat Mcdonalds

This location has went down hill the past couple years. The food quality is has gone down hill. My fires has been always flimsy and stale, burgers are never made correctly, the speed of service is slow, and to top it off customer service is bad by management! The team are usually nicer than the managers. Don’t bring up any complaints or issues wrong with your order, unless you want the window slammed in your face, to call and tell them what happened with your order and gwt hung up on , or for them to accuse you of lieing with rolling there eyes. A truly terrible McDonalds. Always slow, rude, and they always forget something. It’s been my entire order more than once. Order a double cheeseburger, get a patty and a half.
