I’m not big on reviews but believe it’s time. I’m a local and have been visiting Einstein’s since they opened in Logan. However, the last 3 times and the exact same outcome. There has been a shift in management and it shows in the quality of their breakfast sandwiches. A few weeks back I went with the Santa Fe and ordered through the mobile app. Got there right as my order came up. The sandwich was cold. I took one bite and tossed it. Love the bagels and sandwiches. Wish you guys would be ready and open earlier than 6 like you guys used to open at 5. Yesterday when I came in, 6:20, another customer left because he wasn’t being taken care of. He’d been waiting for 10 minutes and there was only one person in front of him in line. Nobody was ready to open it appeared. Again love the sandwiches.

Absolutely delicious. Chipped my tooth on the hash brown bagel but I lowk went back and got the same thing on a cheese bagel instead cause it was so yummy. My roommate works here and I love going in to bother him, if you see a nerd with colored hair and piercings say hi to him for me :)
