I’m giving Panera Bread 2 stars. The food is fairly consistently good and I usually enjoy what I order. The menu has plenty of options, and it’s a reliable spot for a quick meal or coffee. That said, I do feel like this location could be cleaner. The dining area and tables don’t always feel as tidy as they should, which takes away from the overall experience. If cleanliness improved, this would easily be a 5-star place. Overall, good food, but there’s room for improvement on the environment.

I am absolutely dumbfounded about the quality of service, sheet apathy and contempt I have been treated with today at Panera lone tree. From start to finish my experience today has been disappointing to say the least. I placed an order for delivery today with Panera for an office event, something we regularly do. We’ve never had a problem before or if there was an issue it was generally minor and quickly resolved by a member of staff. Today’s order arrived 30 minutes late, and arrived missing several items. I live in an area that does not have Panera. Therefore, everything I travel to the Denver Metro area, I have to find a Panera and get my breakfast fix. Quality of the food and timely preparation seem to be well standardized, as I have been to Panera stores throughout the Metro area and have always been pleased.
