An old school traditional Italian restaurant where you can tell every piece of gnocchi was made by hand. Incredible find in the hood. Very hospitable staff (especially when we showed up with a baby in a bassinet and had to take up extra space). Would recommend the octopus starter, chicken marsala (so flavourful!) and gnocchi.

The octopus and asparagus appetizer was tasty, and so were both the calamari and antipasto. We ordered a few homemade pasta dishes + the veal milanese — cooked to perfection. My favorite part: dessert. That Tartufo was incredible and the lemon sorbet served in a real lemon like they do in Capri — also tasted just as good. This is a special place. The staff treat you like family. If you are in Queens or LIC, I would strongly recommend coming here. The quality of the food and friendliness of the staff are exceptional. I ordered the prosciutto and melon special and the chicken parmigiana because I was missing a home cooked meal. This place is like coming home. The chicken parmigiana was great, they took incredible care of me. Highly recommend
