My wife and I go to Einstein every Saturday morning for breakfast. We’ve been going there for many years. We’ve tried bagels at other shops, but Einstein bagels are the best. They’re always fresh, not doughy and not too chewy, always delicious. They offer lots of sandwiches, or you can customize your own. Beverages are great. Atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

Ordered ham cheese and egg on everything bagel. Tip the guy well. Despite my order being clear I have received a bagel with egg and cheese only. I have spoken to the cashier about the issue. He very annoyingly took my complaint and said that they will make a new bagel for me. After waiting for more than 10 minutes I approached the cashier about the progress of my bagel. Only to found out that he ignored my complaint and did not tell the team to make a new bagel according to my original order. Well, bagels may be fine, but service like this make the breakfast an unpleasant experience.

I ordered an assortment of different bagels once again and they had no taste, were flat and full of holes. I have tried Einstein bagels elsewhere and they were much better. This location might have a training issue? I should have seen the red flag that I was the only customer. Hopefully they can train their employees on how a proper bagel should look and taste.

Informed today they will no longer spread the the PB on a PB and J bagel. You get the PB "on the side" in a cup. New corporate policy. How the am I meant to spread PB on a bagel? With my fingers? Well JAB Holding Company, I'll switch to a local bagel shop that will assemble my sandwich for me. Seeya never.
