I came to Panera today for my 1st time. It was Ashley who was the cashier. She was so friendly and sweet. The menu can be kind of confusing and she explained to me what everything was and helped me order what I wanted. While I was waiting, I also watched her with a few of the older customers. I just wanted to say that you guys have a great cashier working. I don't think some places realize how much customer service matters. I will definitely be back.

The female manager had a very negative attitude and treated the employees poorly. It’s unfortunate to see management behave this way when the owners are trusting them to represent their business professionally and paying them to lead the team well. I didn’t get her name, but she was an older blonde woman. The overall experience felt very unprofessional and unwelcoming

Too expensive. Whole sandwich was $8.99. Half sandwich with YP2 - $7.99. Only $1 less for half? $8.99 for small cup of very dry Mac & cheese. Food was good but I will pick someplace a little cheaper next time. 3 stars is a reflection of it being overly expensive for what you get.
