I ordered an iced latte with light ice, but they filled the cup with ice and added only a little milk, leaving it half-empty. When I asked if they could add more milk, they said, ‘No, because you asked for light ice.’ But there was already too much ice! It was truly a terrible experience. 4.5 dollars for half of ice little tiny latte

The fact that they are having phone problems and Ive been calling to speak to a manager and becuz there phone is having connection issues she yelled at me. I even thought it was my phone but it wasn’t cause Ive called people after that to see if it was just me . Rude rude people .

Don't go to this dunks! My boyfriend went here and ordered me a matcha latte. I got half way to drinking it and found what looks like rat fur attached to an ice cube. I called them to complain and they told me to come in and they'll make me a new drink. This is disgusting!! 🤮
