This is my very first time getting a beverage from Dunkin. I am impressed. This location is in such a great spot and the service was quick. I pre ordered for drive through pickup. Quick and efficient. The young lady over the speaker was clear in speaking and had kindness in her voice. I ordered the seasonal “Cookie Butter Latte” and I can safely say you have gained a new regular customer, it was delicious.

This location is AMAZING in the morning (MORNING TEAM FOR THE WIN) The night team however........NEEDS MORE TRAINING. They lack overall professionalism and awareness. I ordered a matcha latte and they added a shot of espresso in it. Please make it make sense.

It was around noon and we ordered lattes and some breakfast items. My hashbrowns were cold. I requested for my latte to be made with oatmilk. They made my latte with oatmilk and STILL used dairy milk as well. That defeats the purpose of avoiding the dairy. And of course I didn't realize this until I left. Never finished the coffee because I began to feel ill. The young lady taking our order also made us feel rushed because after we say one thing she's asking "anything else?" Give customers a chance to get their order out. This was my first time at this location, but I doubt I'll ever come back

I always try to give them a chance because its right down the street but noo they always disappoint . I stood in the drive thru line for an hour and i cant even get out since there is not outlet. And they always end up saying they dont have some stuff once you pay already i got a pumpkin donut and they told em after i paid. They also got my food wrong they didnt even add my bacon on my chicken bacon sandwich. And my bagel they burnt it. This why i always drive longer to the east west dunkin they are way better.
