I frequent this location often, typically through the drive-through, but today we decided to go inside for whatever reason. We got a pound of coffee and a cold brew and waited when this aggressive guy comes in cursing at some other man who had just left in the parking lot. This set everyone on high alert. No one knew what was wrong and this guy was big mad, very aggressive and at no one in the store. I love this location, everyone is so friendly here. I recognize that I asked for less ice, so it might not be filled to the top but missing 2 inches of drink feels like a personal attack at this point. 💀

I used my points to get my son a chiller, and I paid for a medium. I used to dunk a lot a the app had an era took my points, my card was charged and the employees were extremely rude and uncooperative. I explain at this advance something that happened, the day prior and I had asked them to call their manager, call your corporate and they refuse to do so I eventually ended up getting my drinks after I refused to leave as my card is charged and I had shown it to the employees, did not care, I do not recommend going here for any kind of a memorable experience,

I Absolutely love this Dunks the wait staff very friendly and fast service the place is clean you're in and out I love it Dana had a clearer crowd real quick
