I stopped today around 4 for a coffee and a milkshake, got stuck trapped in the drive through line for 15 minutes then upon making it to the pickup window was asked if I had paid and what my order was, waited another 5 minutes and was told to pull around and park, at this point I was ready to leave but my daughter wanted her milkshake so we waited 10 more minutes and i eventually went inside to ask for a refund. Waited 5 or more minutes to even be acknoleged we were even in the building and there was only one other person and he was waiting for his food. The place is discusting. Trash all over, counters covered in sticky stuff, smudges of who knows what all over the place, nothing wiped down or clean. Employees had absolutly no care in the world that we were there or that they had to help us. This place used to be nice now it sucks. Foods pretty good for the price. Unfortunately most of the weekend evening shift is unkind and careless. One blonde girl worker was openly complaining to her boyfriend who was loitering about how I ordered wayyyy too much food for how late it was. I was standing right there. Another thing. Every time I order a drink I get something different. I’ve been ordering the same thing for months and every time I get it it looks and tastes wayyyy different than the last. It's hard to get anything you want to be made right in store, good luck doordashing with these buffoons. They never make the food to order, they gave me a latte when I ordered a cappuccino, I'm sorry but I'm not dumb. Also if you've had the luxury to ever walk into this business, they are super rude and condescending, especially their manager.
