A V★★Food was mid at best, and most of the staff were fine but just going through the motions. The main waitress, though, was overly pushy with upsells and used guilt-based pressure around tipping despite the $21 service fee already added on. Even basic things like green tea or offering a birthday song felt more like tactics than genuine service, especially since the tea was already included in what we ordered. Overall, it didn’t feel like attentive or above-and-beyond service.

Emaerald Rose★Take it from me ,This is the worst benihana location to go to. They have a serious need for a manager/owner that cares about the restaurant. I was in eating on 3/26, we ordered a California roll and a Las Vegas roll and soup. We have had previous problems with this location (last time our Las Vegas roll was chared , how do you even do that?) however we wanted to give them another shot as time has passed. Today our soup came out good , next to come was our Las Vegas rolls which were rotten from some unknown ingredients (picture inserted) We sent them back and the ‘chef’ proceeded to question in
