Food was mid at best, and most of the staff were fine but just going through the motions. The main waitress, though, was overly pushy with upsells and used guilt-based pressure around tipping despite the $21 service fee already added on. Even basic things like green tea or offering a birthday song felt more like tactics than genuine service, especially since the tea was already included in what we ordered. Overall, it didn’t feel like attentive or above-and-beyond service.

Aaron’s service was outstanding very skilled, entertaining, and attentive. The whole experience was fun from start to finish. The food was amazing, cooked perfectly right in front of us, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Take it from me ,This is the worst benihana location to go to. They have a serious need for a manager/owner that cares about the restaurant. I was in eating on 3/26, we ordered a California roll and a Las Vegas roll and soup. We have had previous problems with this location (last time our Las Vegas roll was chared , how do you even do that?) however we wanted to give them another shot as time has passed. Today our soup came out good , next to come was our Las Vegas rolls which were rotten from some unknown ingredients (picture inserted) We sent them back and the ‘chef’ proceeded to question in
