Today we went to cold Stone creamery for the first time in Maple Grove. We had such a great experience! The staff were very kind and friendly. They have a huge selection of ice cream flavors, and a vast variety of topping! The waffle bowls were very, very fresh and delicious 😋. The store was clean and neat as well. I was impressed by the amount of toppings included in my ice cream! 🍨 I will definitely be back!

Place is filthy and needs a deep clean. Bathrooms were the worst and have black mold around sink faucet and around toilet. Staff didn't seem to care. Visit was 1/25/2026.

Cooling off with some delicious ice cream from Cold Stone creamery, it’s definitely the way to spend this nice and warm early afternoon. My first time here and I am impressed the amount variety of ice cream and sorbets they have available. I got the “love it” size. Some could say a medium, but I asked for 2 scoops French vanilla and Oreo and my friend got the the same size Cookie dough & chocolate mixed with m&ms. We went early today, because later in the afternoon, this place is super busy! It’s great place to stop by and enjoy a scoop or two. And the staff super efficient and friendly! Come

I ordered a Love it Oreo Overload in a waffle cone, enjoyed it, and two hours later became sick in my stomach and threw up twice that night. I think it could have been caused by some Muslim not washing their hands before putting gloves on, someone touching the cones with dirty gloved hands, or simply the 90 grams of sugar in the ice cream. But other than that, it’s delicious ice cream.
