There is nothing worse than going to a coffee shop at 6am, getting attitude from the person at the window, then when you drive away not only did she give you the wrong order, it was room temp at best. If I didn't know better I would think it was personal. This thing was sickening sweet, and DEFINITELTY not the decaf latte I paid for and ordered. With all of the options in this area, I know where I won't be going back to!

I ordered glazed, chocolate, blueberry munchkins. What I got was an assortment of chocolate munchkins, some with sprinkles. Did a mobile order and it taken 15 mins to get it. While there were 4 other people waiting for their mobile orders. This place is a disappointment, no organization. Everyone who worked there looked like they were all over the place. My wake up wrap was cold. 😕

I use to go to this dunkin all the time and im not sure who they hiring lately but I feel like the employees are rude everytime I go there and it’s not often. I went today and it wasn’t even busy and the male worker is like what do u want and before I could even answer says are you there like YES GIVE ME A SECOND BRO. Anyways as someone who works in customer service i feel like dunkin needs to hire people that actually like serving the general public. I mean it’s just coffee it’s not that deep but I actually like dunkin snd the people should at least be nice.

Sandwiches are usually burnt 80% of the time and seem to make my drinks with all cream and forget the espresso / macchiato. Ordering 2 drinks and 3 sandwiches will most likely have you pulled forward to a parking spot and wait because they seem to have a hard time keeping up with the four car demand in their drive-thru. I wouldn't advise trying to even be chit chatty with the staff because the lady working drive-thru I'm assuming the manager is very unpleasant, stoic, and unwelcoming on the headset. Use to be better back under old management a year ago or two.
