26Mar2026 Thursday 5pm rush. Updated review to 5 Stars for a drive-thru order from KEVIN. He is the most jolliest and polite worker I have encountered at this location. Offering sauces (which was a 1st for me). 2 Bigger Plates: Beef and broccoli w/ white rice, orange chicken and noodles so HOT 🔥 🥵 😋 it fogged my glasses. Kevin is management material. Saturday at 6:28 PM whoever you had working you need to make sure you reprimand. I literally sat through the drive-through for 30 minutes. I’ve never had such terrible drive-through service. Hopefully my order is right but you need to talk to the three children you had working the window that day and let them know that fast food doesn’t mean 30 minutes. I might as well have gone to Applebee’s.

No matter what time of day we go, we Always wait A minimum of 5-15 minutes in the drive through - and you can't just back out because There May be a car ahead or behind us. They take forever to acknowledge you in the drive through and then say I'll be right with you. 3-4 + min later, they answer and take your order. It's just Panda. I only wait because my wife likes Panda.

My significant other was craving Panda... so I drove him to get there before heading to the grocery store. Service was extremely fast, and the staff were polite and attentive. Food was decently good, the place was clean and the atmosphere was chill. It's worth it .
