“Friendly staff, fast service, good coffee”

The service team is represented by the young generation, which is very good with smartphones but has problems listening and concentrating on the customer request. I ordered a MEDIUM cup of coffee with DOUBLE MILK and ONE sugar. The service guy asks if we want hot milk. We answered "yes." As a result, we were charged for a cold coffee PLUS a small orig. coffee. Please look at the attached picture and try to find 1 sugar and milk.

Well to begin with getting to Dunkin was a complete nightmare. There were cars everywhere super hard to navigate not to even mention the snow that was covering the roads. Despite this I managed to arrive safely where I was greeted by a nice young worker at the front. Sam, who took my order and had it out quickly had great service. The order came out correctly and the food itself was excellent. It came out hot. Very good. My stomach enjoyed it, and so did my taste buds! My donuts were extra glazed and definitely everything I hoped for. I will be coming back here. I just hope next time it’s more

I come here very often and usually it is fine but there has been multiple instances where my order was messed up, or they missed something and then got upset when we went back in to get what we paid for. I get mistakes happen but dang. Otherwise its fine.

One of the most annoying experiences i’ve ever had at a drive through. I wanted to order two of the small tubs of their cream cheese and the workers had no idea what I was talking about. How do they not know what items they sell? I also ordered a smoothie and watched as it sat and melted on the counter while they looked and paced around. Mind you, I just bought these tubs at the same location a month ago. Not going back
