From the moment I stepped in I was greeted by a handsome fella who took my daughter and my order. She order a Ceasar salad and a fountain drink. I ordered 1/2 of a chicken avocado sandwich with a cup of onion soup with parmesean on top. I choose the passion fruit drink which was so refreshing. I must say that the little bread cubes for the soup were awesome. Food was wonderful. Restrooms were clean, aloth I used the last of the paper towels. The restaurant was clean and atmosphere was calm. Thank you for your wonderful service!

I recently visited the Panera on Union and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent—the staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole visit smooth. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained, which is always appreciated. As for the food, everything was fresh and delicious, and I have to mention that the coffee was spot on. I love Panera Bread BUT the place on Union Ave in Memphis, Tennessee is such a disgrace. And I have went to numerous Panera Bread’s before & the same thing happened! I ordered Chicken, Egg, & Avocado sandwich. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had a little piece of chicken on my sandwich. If I wanted Egg & Avocado I would’ve ordered that. My sandwich definitely doesn’t look the picture on their website!! I wish I could give 0 stars. I’m hungry & pissed!
