Being incredibly cautious before ordering a box of Joe from this location. Either staff have not been properly trained or the machine that dispenses the coffee is not appropriately calibrated. I ordered a box of Joe through DoorDash to be delivered at my office. After placing the box on a flat surface and unscrewing the top extravagantly, hot coffee shot out, and poured down my leg and all over the flat surface, where the box was sitting. Highly rude people . The girls there messed up my order and gave me 4 hash browns in my meal. They scoffed and rolled their eyes as soon as I pulled up. Very horrible customer service. The main girls at the window are rude disrespectful. Never again

They could not honor the app rewards discount for $2.00 off any purchase of $10 or more. Been in the drive thru for 15 minutes while vehicles are waiting inline behind me. Poor service. Then they have me incomplete dozen and could only complete by adding none Boston cream level donuts added glaze only available. Didn't even grant me the additional discount of less than a dozen special donuts. Very disappointing considering that charge so much and it's a weekend.

There are good Dunkins, and there are great Dunkins. I visited this Dunkin early on a Monday morning with my daughter, and we got our standard fare: a hot coffee for me and a flavored iced coffee for her. The coffees were ready quickly and mine was piping hot. My daughter went out on a limb and tried the lava cake flavor. She found it to be one of the more subtle flavors, but felt that the right amount had been provided. Thanks for a great start to another work week!
