This is the best sushi/Japanese food we’ve had in Utah, hands down! It was all served very fresh and since the camera eats first, the presentation was spot on. Everything was picture perfect. Service was amazing as well. Food came out way faster than anticipated, usually a bunch of different rolls take quite a bit of time. It’s a non assuming little place in a strip mall. Don’t let that fool you! Delicious. Also, read the story of the restaurant’s history on the front of the menu. Pretty damn cool.

I'm genuinely surprised they do not charge more for Omakase. What an experience! Not only was the food phenomenal and the best quality but the chef clearly loves his work and enjoys sharing it. He's an artist. I will recommend Itto's omakase dining experience to everyone I know.

This place was awesome!! I think this is the best location in the valley. I got the cherry blossom platter and it was amazing. The fish was pretty good quality and the agedashi tofu was authentic. The traditional rolls were well made as well. They had a Valentine’s Day special going on with a separate menu.

A great omakase! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The food was spot on and the chef was very knowledgeable. He explained every aspect of each dish and how it was prepared. I did notice that majority of the dishes were on the sweeter side or had a sweet sauce though. I prefer savory over sweet but the dishes were still very tasty. We left satisfied and full!
