This is my new favorite restaurant. The interior is gorgeous and even during the rush is quiet so you can hear your party. The service was fantastic I had Cid he was kind and on top of everything. The mocktails were spectacular both in taste and presentation . I was blown away with the steak it was flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly my girlfriend got it rare and I’ve never seen such a good color gradient. Came to Miyazaki for my first time today for lunch, and will say I have a new favorite sushi spot! I forgot to take photos of the other two rolls and the spicy edamame we ordered. Soooo good. The textures, flavors, presentation were all amazing. We got the PA(T)ZU, Salmon Lemonade, the Miyazaki and another pictured but I forgot the name! They were all delicious. My favorite was probably the Miyazaki or the PA(T)ZU :) I will definitely be back!

Though you can tell it's a very popular place to eat, we never felt overcrowded or needed to raise our voices to hear each other speak. This is the best sushi restaurant in Utah, definitely more so than Takashi. The rolls are worth the hefty price tag. They had great textures and the nigiri was excellent. They have domestic wagyu as well as A5 wagyu imported from Japan; we tried the import on nigiri, agreed it could use a better sear, and figure we could get more out of it from the table side hot stones if you wanted to go all out.
