I’ve gotten a Dunkin refresher a few times from this place. There are days where the refresher tastes great. And then there are days where I see random stuff floating on the bottom of my drink or hair in my drink. I’ve called the store to speak to a manager and the employee said the manager isn’t there and she doesn’t know when the manager will be present because “she comes whenever she feels like it.”

I usually come to this Dunkin’ for decaf drinks due to a caffeine intolerance that can cause heart palpitations and anxiety. Yesterday I ordered a Chocolate Cloud Latte for the first time and clearly told the employee multiple times that I needed decaf. When I got my drink, there was no sticker indicating it was decaf and about an hour later I started feeling sick, lightheaded, shaky, and my heart racing — a clear sign it contained caffeine. The old man working in this Dunkin is really rude. Probably the worst service I have seen in any places. Listen up man “if you even want to decline something, you can do that shit politely”. I am never coming back here for a coffee. Probably hire someone else ig.

I like to try different things during trips to a place, yet usually order my perennial favorite: the Croissant Sandwich with egg, cheese, and bacon (with Maple Bacon, when it's available). This time, though, decided to order the Dunkin' Bowl w/ sausage. Wasn't disappointed. Not in the least...😋 Super yummy. Rounded it out with a croissant and was glad I did. Went around 5 in the morning and business was already picking up. Not surprised, since I've gone to other Dunkin' locations and have been disappointed with how they prepare their sandwiches. Not here. That's why this one gets my busine
