j molina★I'm eating inside the restaurant. The food is too cold. I bought a taco and a burrito, and the frozen tortilla with chicken. I think the tacos at Jack in the Box are better, and they don't specialize in Mexican food. I visit other pollo locos, this one has the worst flavor.

The Person at the front was taking orders, serving orders, and taking care of online orders in addition to helping those who asked for bathroom code. 😥. I don’t know how he still demonstrated patience and held it together. We waited about 20 min to get to the front; there were about 3 in front of us. He fixed our food right before it was our turn.
