I'm eating inside the restaurant. The food is too cold. I bought a taco and a burrito, and the frozen tortilla with chicken. I think the tacos at Jack in the Box are better, and they don't specialize in Mexican food. I visit other pollo locos, this one has the worst flavor.

Placed an online order. Went inside and waited in line. There were 4 people working. The Person at the front was taking orders, serving orders, and taking care of online orders in addition to helping those who asked for bathroom code. 😥. I don’t know how he still demonstrated patience and held it together. We waited about 20 min to get to the front; there were about 3 in front of us. He fixed our food right before it was our turn.
