I’m very disappointed with my recent drive-thru experience. When I arrived, there were only two cars ahead of me, so I expected the wait to be fairly quick. Prior to coming here, I had just gone through In-N-Out’s drive-thru where the line was much longer, yet they managed to move customers through efficiently and with great coordination. That contrast made this experience even more frustrating. The wait felt unnecessarily long, and it seemed like there was a lack of organization behind the scenes. I ordered snack tacos and they put on barely anything inside the taco. It's all shell. I took a photo. I ordered a taco with lettuce and cheese and meat. And they barely put anything in it. Very disappointed. Won't come back here anytime soon. Del taco quality is down the drain.

I waited in the drive-through for approximately 14 minutes without any communication. They did not return to the window to let me know that they’re preparing my food and I will have to wait a moment. All I’m asking here is just to communicate with the customer instead of having them abandoned for 14 minutes in their car.

Since Taco bell near me was closed, I decided to order from Del taco. Big mistake! Out of 6 items, they screwed up on 3 of them and didn't notice until I got home. Food doesn't taste the greatest either. No wonder why I stopped going to Del taco a long time ago. Also the parking lot and the restaurant was empty, guess that should've been a sign to stay away
