Soup is always great! I wouldn’t recommend the “Artisan Ciabatta Loaf” though… it was barely cooked- the crumb was almost raw dough and the “crust” didn’t even have a crispiness to it. It seems as though they only par cook the bread and send it to the customer mushy. If they’re going to sell bread, they should learn how to actually bake..

I hadn’t realized how much the quality of Panera’s food had gone downhill. Absolutely nothing is fresh anymore. The bread and bakery items consistently taste like they are a week old. This is what happens when profit is prioritized over customers.

Got a salad here. The picture has nice green romaine lettuce while… what I got is a pile of iceberg lettuce and a minuscule amount of chicken. Feel like it’s one of those examples of a tv commercial of a Big Mac versus what you get in real life. Yeah tried Panera and again and definitely confirmed when you’re looking to be let down, choose Panera.
