The barista Pilsen (I think it’s spelled) , she’s the friendliest and makes the best coffee. I always ask for her to make my coffee otherwise it’s just not right. She deserves to be acknowledged, she also doesn’t forget napkins in the bag when you order food!

Come here daily. Looks so clean and everything is delicious. Recently told by the manager in blue that donuts are made fresh daily sold me to come and grab a dozen. Will be back again for the usual.

Tonight I went to this dunking for ice cream and got an attitude and eye rolling from two employees. I couldn’t help but notice cultural differences being expressed by staff in a negative manner towards me and my elderly disabled mother. I just wanted ice cream! Unprofessional and possibly racists. Ashamed that this happened on the day before Juneteenth, the day the OPC opened. Sensitive retraining recommended before customer contact!! 6/18/26 between 9-9:30pm.

Best Dunkin! The team is EXCELLENT! I intentionally bypass several Dunkin on my way to work. I wish I knew everyone's name because they are all GREAT. Drive-through team member Hamella (name probably misspelt) is always very welcoming. She really knows her customers. When she hasn't seen me, she says, "I haven't seen you in a while." In a world where good customer service is becoming a thing of the past, this Dunkin' is keeping old-school customer service alive. Keep up the good work! :)
