I would get all of those again just for myself if I could. The hummus with the octopus was delicious as was the tzatziki with the fritters. For my main, I had the quinoa and burrata salad and added local shrimp. After the heavier apps, the salad was nice and light. My lunch mates both had the lamb gyro and were highly complimentary as well. Plenty of parking with indoor and outdoor seating. Will have to come back for dinner soon!

I called the restaurant and got Justin Hunt, who along with Dimitri Hatgidimitriou, is of the owners and an amazing chef, on the phone. His kind, enthusiastic, warm spirit jumped through the phone lines, and it is that same spirit that radiates from the top down at Philosophia. Every time I go in, I know not only will the food be delicious, but the experience will be like going home.
