Visited today with my 86 year old aunt and sat with my aunt to eat and the worker was wiping empty tables down and then he walked over to us and asked if we could move to one of the tables he had cleaned so that he could clean our table. I kindly said she’s not done eating yet and he got angry and said he wanted to clean table. What is going on with Dunkin workers lately. I’m ready to dump Dunkin and go to Starbucks. Do better Dunkin

I made a big order and the service was friendly and fast. The store is well kept and the staffing did a good job handling orders as they were coming in. Great location.

Whoever was there today 11/3 making drinks in the afternoon needs serious training. He messed up two peoples drink before mine, I ordered a hot caramel latte, and came home, and it tasted bitter beyond belief. Also had a Boston kreme with some filling on top, he put it upside down and messed the whole thing up.

I’m not sure what is going on. The location was clean except for the trash area. No napkins, and it was súper dirty. Just the trash area. It was supposed to be on a down time but they were meshing up everyone orders. It took 10 minutes to get my drink and I saw that they put on the screen that it was ready. The cashier was pressing ready but order was not coming out. The only thing they gave me was my bits but not the drink. I had to asked for it as well many other people. I saw few people coming back with the wrong order. Probably a new guy on-site but for me it was not great.
