This review pertains to take-out only. The ribs were ok. A little chewy, ok flavor. The brisket had a very black crust that was extremely salty. I had to scrape it off together with an unpleasant layer of to at underneath. The meat is ok, but not super flavorful. The pulled pork was boring. Texture was fine, not overly fatty, but very little flavor. I didn't care for the potato salad: too sweet, not enough other flavor. The coleslaw was ok, but nothing out of the ordinary. I will definitely not buy from Wagon Wheel again me

Some of the better barbecue I’ve had in the area (not anywhere close to barbecue from the South, but solid for the Bay). I ordered the tri-tip sandwich with mac and cheese. The meat was slightly overcooked, but it still had good flavor and a nice smoke ring. Spicy BBQ sauce was needed, but it was good! Mac and cheese was decent as well. Definitely try their sodas, they were all really good! I think the space could really benefit from a bar area with draft beer and TVs - I stopped in on a Wednesday night and was surprised it wasn’t busier, considering how good the food is. 4.5 stars, rounding

Really good spot for a quick and comforting lunch! As a visitor to this city and country I must say I felt very comfortable here! Feels truly authentic and it was absolutely delicious, the staff helped us with the menu in a very kind way. For 3, we ordered a meal of Ribs with 2 sides that were Cole slaw and Mc and cheese, the ribs were stunning! The sides were ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Dishes and glasses were disposable which I am not a fan of. It was an enjoyable lunch!

The pork ribs were just amazing! Probably one of the best ones I’ve tried in my life. The beef brisket was a bit underwhelming - in my opinion it had way too much fat even though I love far generally. The Cole slaw was fine although a bit acidic. The interior was utterly basic, and the cutlery and the plates were disposable. Overall not cheap price-wise but still good quality and I recommend this place if you are around
