I purchased the Toasted Caprese Focaccia, and there was only one small piece of cheese per half of sandwich. In the app, it clearly shows that there should be more cheese on the sandwich, considering that the source of protein in this sandwich IS THE CHEESE. It was basically a pesto spread and tomato sandwich. The workers did not even try to make the sandwich look pretty, as you can see in the image.

Was served the stalest scone ever that you’d need a hacksaw to cut through. Trying to cut it made it crumble into literally pieces and my dad got an extremely stale cinnamon roll too. All the did was offer to microwave it to soften it even though these products should never have been sold in the first place. I don’t know if they are trying to keep items for longer to prevent profit loss but it was genuinely a food safety issue. They also let us buy medium roast coffee but there wasn’t any left and we had to wait about 40 mins for it. The employee didn’t offer a refund or make us aware of how
