WORST DUNKIN; GO TO WAKEFIELD INSTEAD. Besides the one nice middle-aged woman I've encountered, the rest are young adults who could care less if your order is wrong as long as it gets you out of line. They've given me medium drinks instead of large - when I corrected them they just poured it into a bigger cup without adding anything. Not to mention the times I ordered a bagel with cream cheese with either no cream cheese or cream cheese on the side. Don't know if this is the manager's protocol or what, but I've never been to a Dunkin where it's too inconvenient for the workers to add cream che

Today I had the unfortunate experience of being racially profiled inside of this establishment. An employee who typically works at the drive through window was making remarks that made me uncomfortable, and I felt as though they were very belittling. I've came to this Dunkin for years, and almost every morning I have a poor interaction with this women. I have seen how she interacts with other employees and it seems like she doesn't only belittle customers but she does with her employees as well. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this Dunkin anymore, nor do I recommend this Dunkin if y

rude lady at drive through verbally threatened me for never serving me again because I couldn’t move in the parking lot. Honestly I was shocked and it was very unprofessional and just disappointed and embarrassed for this establishment.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the bacon was disgusting genuinely looks like burnt car crash victims I wanted to throw up the millisecond it touched my mouth.
