My brother and I went here for dinner and had Alicia as our server and she was amazing! We were seated immediately even though it’s dinner time on a Friday. The peach lemonade is so good. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and my brother ordered the half rack of ribs. We both loved our meals. I asked for sauce on the side for mine and Alicia was very nice and accommodating! The food was amazing and when we were getting ready to leave, she offered us boxes, sauce containers, to go drinks and chips and salsa (we had a free chips and salsa on the app that we started with). Overall amazing experience

Had such a great experience at Chili's Grill & Bar tonight! Our waiter, Kamryn, was absolutely amazing — so sweet, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish. We had a few food restrictions, and she made us feel completely comfortable and taken care of the entire time. She was patient with our questions, made sure everything was correct, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. Great customer service like that really stands out. Today we had Annemarie she was awesome! Very attentive and did an awesome job bartender and waitress while doing both. My daughter had a salad with her chicken pasta and blue raspberry sprite she loved. I ordered a big qp burger with loaded mashed potatoes and a cup of baked potato soup that's always tasty! 😋 Previous trip Tyler was an awesome waiter. Took great care of us. The food was good and some great chilis specials, especially 3 for ME meals, including drink, soup salad or chips, and your meal with a side. I had the just bacon burger it was delicious. The restaurant is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food fell a bit short. The ends of the street corn were burnt. The chicken on my sandwich was really good and moist. The lettuce was not good and tasted like it had been in a plastic bag too long. I was charged $0.75 to switch from Swiss cheese to cheddar cheese, but was not notified it would cost extra. My husband got the Nashville hot trio, he said the flavor was good, but overall too greasy.
