Ordered the premium family pack on the app for pick up ahead of time. Waited for 10 minutes in the store and picked up my order from the counter. Came home and unpacked the order and it was a absolute disaster: - I did not receive the baguette that came with the order. It was not packed nor was it placed near the rest of the order. - The salad (Asian sesame) had ROTTING leaves and a huge rotten lettuce core that took up about 1/4 of the bowl. ate lunch here a few days ago, used to be a nice place when it opened, but like a lot of other places not so user friendly anymore. too much corporate control and not enough personal touch. End of January 2023 righ when I was ready to give up Panera forever...they introduced toasted baguette...I got green goddess, it was absolutely amazing, super delicious! Pic included. Update as of January 2023: I don't believe a word that sign says. As someone who's been going to Panera since grad school years, I must just admit the food gets worse each time we visit. Food is decent but this drive through is terrible. I just waited over 20 minutes with no movement. Got out of my car and walked to the window and no one was inside. I just left without my food. This has happened several times. Totally dysfunctional. I won’t be back.
