I ordered a Large Hot Chai latte and everything bagel with cream cheese. The order taker knew that there was something wrong with the drink so he was hesitant to give it to me. I waited 3 minutes, I'm sure he was trying to fix it. But another server came and handed me the drink. I got on the highway and when I took a sip it was ice cold. Disappointed. I guess I better stay close to Main, South, Pleasant and Northampton st DDs. The Best DD is Chicopee inside Pride station. And Bjs.

I've come in 15 minutes after putting a mobile order in while my ticket sat on the printer on a Sunday afternoon while it wasn't busy. Gave away my food the week before because they were buried on 5x star day which was more understandable, but the Sunday following was unacceptable. They looked at me like I had 4 heads when I said I ordered a while prior. Then said "yeah it's been 15 minutes" as they took my ticket off the printer with one person ahead of me. Today, I paid for a bacon egg and cheese with hash browns on my way in and ended up with a muffin. Guess I'll pay triple at Starbucks.

Didn't even take a sip and that's the level, was told that's what it is, like I'm buying this drink for the first time... Offered to add more milk like we come to Dunkin for milk..

Sandwich was cold, vanilla coolant was forgot about and then it was just milk with a few small ice chunks and the donut was stale as he'll. The Only thing right was the coffee. I wish they would have just told me they were sold out of everything except coffee because everything else was disgusting!!
