I never write reviews but this had to be said I went to this location for dinner tonight and the girl taking the order gave me the impression she didn’t want to be there I placed my order for dine in when my order was ready they called my name and handed me a bag I said it’s for here no apologies they just said well it’s in the bag but you can still eat here I go to my table to eat and I see a man lounging on the seats like he’s in his living room but the most disrespectful thing is he has no shoes or socks on my food went in the garbage I left Do better in your hiring and training process Pan

It’s in a very busy area on Northlake Blvd. The restaurant is very quiet and quaint, customer service was very friendly and helpful especially with the orders. And my order came out very good no complaints. Overall experience was excellent.

I had such a wonderful experience at Panera thanks to Garyelle! She was the cashier who helped me, and she truly stood out. She greeted me with a beautiful smile, had such a positive and welcoming attitude, and was incredibly polite throughout the entire interaction. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to answer questions and help with recommendations. Customer service like hers makes a big difference and turns a simple visit into a great experience. Panera is lucky to have someone like Garyelle on their team!

This location is garbage! So they shorted me $40 dollars change one time. Tried to charge me for items that they don't charge for. I was coming in the morning time, but the items would always still be in the oven. so Id sit their for 15-20 mins waiting for one of those egg croissant items. I got tired of waiting! They also forgot food when ive been there. Never did anything to make it right! what used to cost $3.99 for a breakfast item, costs $8 now.
