David Sherman★TLDR: Gross and just look at photos. We were greeted by the smell of urine coming from the restrooms, with a hint of fecal matter. At first sight the empty eating area riddled with food ln the floor and pules of used dished above filled garbage cans caused concern. The abandoned register area with a paper sign stating to use kiosks didn’t make it any better. The not so faint sound of heavy coughing from the back of the store deepened concern. Despite these obvious warning signs we decided to give it a try, only to fond out they were out of the cheddar broccoli soup we specifically came for. S
Sam gg★Not only are they the slowest place ever they also arent careful and put plastic in my mac and cheese that I ordered. The food tasted like it was super old the noddles were kinda crunchy at the bottom and couldn’t even chew them. This panera always disappoints me!
Kyla Ellis★The food wait times were longer than expected, though the staff were kind when our group interacted with them. The more serious issue was cleanliness. The cafe, including the restroom, was filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned in some time. We arrived at 7 a.m., so this was not the result of a busy day. There were crumbs, trash, dust, and visible grime on the seats, walls, and food counters. This is a serious concern for a food establishment and reflects very poor management.

My family has been going through an extraordinarily difficult time and this Panera has been a lifesaver when it comes to getting non-greasy, somewhat healthy food in a hurry. I wish I got her name, but the young lady who works at the drive thru in the afternoon is the absolute sweetest. She is always polite to my dog and I. I’m so grateful for her kindness, especially with what my family has been through this year. Thank you guys so much for workin
