Third time I’ve watching you pour iced coffee in a cold brew cup. Drink is so watery you can’t taste coffee at all. I caught you doing this twice and the worker admitted it was a mistake. Repetitive “mistakes” are just a way to rip off your customers.

Pretty disappointing experience, especially when all I could eat was the one donut I got since everything else was burnt... The hash browns were all burnt, stuck together and cold. BOTH of the bagels I got were burnt as well, barely had any cream cheese in it, and stale. As for the strawberry frosted donut, it seemed fresh and tasted pretty good! Probably won’t be returning since the line was ridiculous and the food was even worse.

This location is horrible. Food service is not that great. The hashbrowns are very hard and when you order ahead on time on the app, the coffee comes out wrong all the time the manager needs to step it up and talk to their employees. This is by far the worst Duncan location I visit every time I tried calling they’re not picking up. There’s no professionalism here. It’s like they wanna rush you out take your time and do your job.
